Alahna Moore
Co-Executive Director
Alahna Moore was born in Baton Rouge and raised in Houma, Louisiana. She has studied public history, community science, archaeology, and cartography at the University of New Orleans since 2010, and for decades prior on the banks, levees, and bridges down the bayou. Alahna’s work aims to reconnect Gulf Coast residents with the beauty and splendor of the natural environment through hands-on investigations and experiences, using digital mediums to document a rapidly changing way of life.
Mimi Spahn Sattler
Co-Executive Director
Mimi Spahn Sattler is a New Orleans native with experience working with schools and nonprofits in New Orleans and Los Angeles. Mimi received her Bachelors from the University of Southern California and her Masters from Tulane University. She is passionate about advancing equity and racial justice by empowering nonprofits and the communities they serve to ensure that all stakeholders have a voice in decisions that impact their lives.
